B. Delivery T&C

  1. Damage in transit -Thai Kitchenware does not take any responsibility for any products damaged whilst in transit (on delivery) unless it can be shown the damage (or loss) is due to negligence by Thai Kitchenware
  2. Delivery time frames – Thai Kitchenware cannot guarantee the exact day/time or lead time of delivery. The following is a general guide only:
  1. 2-4 days for Sydney metro deliveries (from dispatch date)
  2. 5-15 days for regional and interstate deliveries (from dispatch date)
  3. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse (in Sydney) within 2-5 working days from order date
  1. Authority to Leave – If no one is home to receive the order, the order will be left in a safe area on the premises. Please note in this case, Thai Kitchenware cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.

C. Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty

  1. Faulty products must be reported in writing (along with relevant pictures or explanation of the fault) within 24 hours of receipt
  2. Any fault reported after 24 hours of receipt may be deemed (at the discretion of Thai Kitchenware) to have occurred after delivery – for which we are not liable.
  3. In the event of a manufacturer fault, Thai Kitchenware, at its discretion, will either refund or exchange (for a new product). Amount refunded will be the total amount paid for the product and include any freight charges
  4. No refunds or exchanges will be given in the event of:
  1. A fault is reported after 24 hours of receipt
  2. The fault is due to misuse of the product or use not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
  3. Damage (whether accidental or intentional) caused by the customer
  1. Thai Kitchenware does not offer any other warranties on its products
  2. No exchanges or refunds will be given for any other reason not covered in points above due to hygiene issues
